Well, we’ve just taken the first step to putting the house on the market.
It’s taken me a while to accept that I simply can’t afford to buy Linda out but now I’m kind of looking forward to starting a new chapter.
Epiblogue: Here’s hoping we get what all the real estate agents have been saying it’s worth.

it seems a shame to leave that house after so many years. But then you might not need such a large place for the next stage of your life so it might be for the best.
